Shipping Policy – The Time Machine
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation. You’ll receive a notification once your order has shipped.

Domestic Shipping
We currently ship within the United States via USPS or UPS. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight/size of your order.

Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days (available at checkout)

Local Pickup
If you’re local to Haverhill, MA, you can select free in-store pickup at checkout. Orders will typically be ready within 24–48 hours. You’ll receive an email when your order is ready.

Order Issues & Tracking

Damages & Lost Packages
We carefully package all items, especially fragile vintage goods. If your order arrives damaged, or appears lost, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order details so we can assist.
